Appointments & Deposits

A £15 deposit is required upon booking to secure your appointment. Your slot will be given away if the deposit is not paid within 24 hours of the booking being made.

Deposits are non-refundable but transferable if they are rescheduled within 48 hours of your booking. If you fail to do this, your deposit will be forfeited and you will have to place a new £15 deposit for your next appointment.

All deposits can be made via bank transfer (DM or email bookings) or by using my online booking system.

Please note deposit amounts vary for bridal party and mobile bookings.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

To reschedule your appointment you must get in contact a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment time.

If you reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will not only lose your deposit, but you will be required to pay the remainder of the appointment balance. A new £15 deposit will be needed for any future appointments.

In the rare case of cancellations or rescheduling on my end, your deposit will be refunded or transferred to an appointment date and time of your choice.

No Shows

No shows will be required to pay the remaining appointment balance in full and any future appointments will require a full payment upfront.

Lateness

Please notify me as soon as possible if you anticipate being late for your appointment. I understand that unexpected delays can occur, but if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, I will only have time to provide a soft glam service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I will unfortunately be unable to carry out the appointment, and full payment will still be required.

Attending your appointment

Please avoid arriving too early for your appointment. While I am salon-based, the seating area is limited, and I may still be attending to a previous client. Additionally, I kindly request that children do not accompany you to your appointment, unless absolutely necessary. Thank you for your understanding!
